I am not sure about aspect ratio of structure. length to width ration is 160/18. are there any code limitations on this ratio?

Aoa, I am facing a problem while designing a 5 story commercial structure in zone 2B of Pakistan. The structure consists of a completely covered Basement and 3 tower like structure above basement for the purpose of shops. Now the problem here is dimensions of each tower consists of length of shops is 160 ft, height 50 ft and width is only 18 ft. this is client's requirement. I have attached a rough drawing for understanding. The structure is behaving like flexible towers above a stiff podium. What can be possible ways to tackle this situation. Distance between these is 39 ft.
