AoA, Need clarification about the concept of TS/YS ratio of reinforcing steel. There's a figure of 1.25, what does that mean, whats the reference and is it minimum or maximum. Further more ASTM-615 mentions min yield and tensile strengths for steel in Table-2 e.g. 60 000 psi for Grade 40 and 90 000 psi for Grade 60, does this allow specifies the range for the earlier grade upto the later or else. Moreover kindly check the attached results, are these acceptable?
