  1. How can we change ductility class in etabs 2015 for RC design using eurocode?
  2. How can i assign ductility class in Etabs 2015?

You should not use that.because your design become uneconomical.so,you have to use As' if the section is double renforced section, otherwise for single reinforced section provide As' equal to Asmin and also even for double reinforced section As' shall be less than As, because As' is required to avoid exceding of neutral axis from ductility failure limit.

  7. After I have designed using Etabs v9.6 I only opend on Etabs v2015 with out any change made and then I have choose the design code which similar to the previous one and also the combination is similar.but still overstress warning have seen.

But I need more explaination about that exaggerated difference on output result and which design parameters and limiting ratios create that difference.pleace help me I am highly confuised so I was restricted to use Etabs 2015 because it asked me large column and beam section relative to lower version. In short why Etabs 2015 limit the compressive ratio(Ned/Ac*Fcd..) to around 55 percent (in my opinion this creat all that difference), if this is the case, how can i able to edit that ratio limit, if i am wrong what is the case.????? Thankyou for your serious consideration in advance!
  9. Hi, everybody befor i goes to my question i would like to express my great respect to all group members specially the founders. My question is i have designend a mixed use building using Etabs version 9.6 the reinforcement results have seen exactly with out any overstress and axial compressive ratio warning, but when i was checked it on Etabs 2015 almost all the columns and beams becam over stressed and compressive ratio exceed warning measseg, pleace can you help me why and what new design consideration was added in the latest Etabs. Thank you in advance.
