Salam, I am about to start a plan of an ordinary building. What i am focusing at is the resource allocation in MS Project. However, in order to do so i need to have exact or may be tentative efficiency of resources which i cannot get from company since they do not have data for their sub-contractors. So, can anyone help me out in this. Please share if any knows how to find efficiency/manhours required to carryout primary construction activities. Regards
