How to design if beam axes does not coincide with column center line in reinforced concrete building. It can be do in etabs by using insertion point tool. But It is not easy in complex structure. Please suggest me how to do and reference book and experence that you have done. Thank you all.

1)What, if my amplification factor Ax (torsion) is more than 3. can i use 15% eccentricity or i have to redesign. 2)what if my eccentricity is more than 20% (CM and CR are 20% apart)
