While Exporting the ETABS File for Foundation Design in SAFE, i am trying isolated footing. The model after i export gives me the following errors, but when i delete the footings in ETABS and then export it, then no error. i dont know what is the issue. Dear experienced fellows After completing the model in Etabs, what's the next step for foundation design. What i have learnt is that: 1- Do we have to import the Edb file into SAFE? I didn't get this point of modelling foundation in Etabs coz i have learnt that foundation is modelled in SAFE only 2- we have to get the forces value i.e Factored axial loads and bi axial moments from reactions in ETABS and design foundation in SAFE accordingly? Hello, I exported a story from etabs to safe and checked the results it turned out safe always gives me lower moment result for beams and by exporting it doesn't import neither property stiffness modifiers nor end releases assigned in etabs. After I have assigned moment release manually in safe nothing happens. The negative moments is still present why is that ? Thanks

Assalamoalaikum Brothers. i am new in this forum and i am using SAFE for the first time.In one of our project we need data for a continuous footing connected with beam foundation.My superior wants me to give result on this within tomorrow.i have drawn a model in ETABS2015 and get results of foundation load.but i do not know how to export or for exporting how to draw this footing with beam in ETABS2015.Can you please help me in this problem?.just for immediate result.After tomorrow i will study about safe.But tomorrow i need immediate result.So please help me how to proceed on this topic like Engr. Waqas Brother.
