  1. I am working on the design of signal pole. I need to kwon about the resistive moment of the pole. The foundation is 18"X18" and 6' deep. The resistive moment is the weight times the half width of foundation. i need to know another resistive factor on this foundation. that is the passive pressure of the soil on foundation. what is the procedure to calculate the soil pressure on foundation.
