Dear in Etab Building design i have to assign some values for beam and column in "Define material property" so plz tell me the following values that i will assign

fc' =? for both beam and column

fy= ? for both beam and column

poisson ratio , E, and for both beam and column

shear reinf.yield stress, fys =? for both beam and column

if in that box other new value is required than plz guide me this step
