In the case of the beam, there's an option of "Reinforcement to be checked" and Reinforcement to be Designed" while in the case of the beam it is not...
Also in the case of a column, we have to check the mark "design" option or "check" option...… Need Guidance

Salam, it depends on either you are designing the section or your are checking the provided reinforcements.
