Respected sir I am a fresh civil engg graduate belonging to swat. First of all I don't have any contacts in Isb, LHR or any other major cities of pak. Please help me through my job hunting. Secondly I am offered a job(Assistant manager operation).by a solid waste management organization in pindi namely Al-bayrak for 30 k per month. They collect and transport the solid waste of the city.Being a civil engineer Should I join this job or not?

So sir the spaacing remain the same through out the section of the beam? SAP gives three values for each beam, whether i have to select the maximum among them or it has something with the spacing Thank you so much sir, you helped me alot

isolated footing for Rectangular Column of 18x12 is supposed to be designed. Now i must choose Rectangular footing or i may also carry with Square isolated footing design. if i can carry with square footing what dimension should i choose for the punching shear/one way shear/ ultimate factored moment? either 18 or 12?. and if i must choose rectangular footing guide me through its design steps thoroughly.

SAFE can be used for sesmic design? I heard SAFE works only under gravity loading
