Hello, I need to know please what will be the stiffness modifiers values in ETABS for fully prestressed beam or slab in case of: - Wind Analysis - Earthquake Analysis Thank you in advance.

You can reduce the stiffness modifiers to values lower than that specified in the code but you will have larger sway and story drift for your building. Your analysis will be very conservative and maybe not economical.
