My units are Kgf and meter. I considered 9.81 for g. Should I change it or not?

I used Response Spectrum Analysis (CQC) for analyzing Base+6 Floors of residential building. The building structure is consist of special resisting moment frames and shear walls. In base share re scaling as per ASCE the scale for X direction can be changed to 85 percent but in Y direction after re scaling it is going be to more than 100% like 124%. What is the problem and how can I solve it?
