Structural designing is not output of software, join some structural consultancy and work under some senior structural engineer, supervised structural practice is basic step in structural designing.
You have field experience its a plus for you for understanding the construction limitations.

Waqar is totally right. I don't know about other cities, but if you are residing in Karachi I suggest you to go Arif and Associates. Eng. Arif Kasam is super guy and In shaa Allah you will learn alot.
