Generally lap zone in columns is kept at mid height of floor. I have confusion that mid height of floor is taken from cieling level or beam bottom level. For example if height of floor is 16'(including slab pour) and beam botton is at 14' , for column lap we take mid height of floor. In this example which height will be considered for mid height calculation.?
