Scope includes but is not limited to: Visual Inspection/NDTs on current structure after recent earthquakes, Evaluation for need to perform siesmic analysis perform siesmic analysis of existing building Submit report and recommendations for retrofitting if required Provide certificate of compliance against authorized standard for siesmic design, for current building; also clearly mentioning vulnerbility or resistance against whichever siesmic zone Karachi is in.
